On this page you will find all of our heat resistant oven lamps. These are light bulbs that can withstand temperatures up to 300 degrees. Meanwhile, we have a large selection of heat resistant oven lamps.
First of all, we have oven lamps with three different fittings: with a small E14 fitting, with a large E27 fitting and an overlamp with G9 fitting. In addition, we have different bulb shapes such as the ball bulb, a compact tube bulb and a standard bulb. When choosing the bulb shape, pay close attention to whether it fits in the oven. The small ball and tube bulbs often fit better in a compact kiln.
Finally, we have a large choice of wattages. In principle, it is advisable to choose the highest wattage so that you have as much light as possible. However, furnaces are often rated for a maximum wattage. This is often indicated by the type sticker in the (door) of the oven.
A furnace light provides safety
A special oven lamp provides extra safety. First of all, because they are resistant to heat, they will not explode. With a normal lamp, you do run this risk, which therefore creates danger. In addition, a good lamp in the oven allows you to see more. This gives you a better overview and you are less likely to get burned by hot parts. Also, you can look inside the oven without having to open the oven. This way, no heat escapes from the oven either. This is more energy efficient and also better for foods that are sensitive to temperature differences (such as baked goods, for example).
