G9 Halogen insert lamps

Are you looking for a halogen bulb G9? We have different versions in stock such as the halogen bulb G9 40w and the halogen bulb G9 28w. G9 halogen bulbs are very compact bulbs. With halogen, you are assured of instant bright light that is dimmable without problems.

G9 halogen bulbs are very compact and operate on 230v. They use 2 rounded plug-in fittings and you often snap them into another fixture. All our G9 socket halogen bulbs are dimmable. We have them with clear glass but also as g9 halogen matte. We also have special G9 halogen oven lamps. These bulbs are intended for lighting your oven and are of course heat resistant.

What is the difference between a G9 and G4 fitting?

Lamps with a G9 and G4 are often mixed up. It can also be difficult to distinguish at first. The major difference is that the G4 fitting has two straight pins and the G9 has 2 (or 2x2) curved pins. Another way to distinguish is to measure the distance between the pins. For G4 it is 4mm and for G9 it is 9mm. In the picture below you can see a G9 fitting on the left and a G4 fitting on the right.

Replacing G9 Halogen Bulb for LED

Currently, we also have a wide range of G9 LED bulbs. These bulbs last longer and use less power than a G9 halogen bulb. Many of them are even dimmable. Ideal if you want to replace g9 halogen for economical LED.
